Believe, Care, Strive, Achieve

Welcome

On behalf of the Governors and staff, may we welcome you and your family to our school. We hope as you browse our website you will gain some understanding of the spirit and ethos of our school.

Alne is a happy school with children very firmly at the centre. We encourage all children to strive for their best and to take pride in their achievements. We believe in a strong partnership between school and home, which will nurture and develop your child, socially and academically, working together to help them achieve their full potential.

All those associated with Alne School value the warm and caring atmosphere that pervades school life. This, combined with the dedication and skills of the staff, the strong support of parents, the Governing Body and the relationship with the local community, ensures that Alne School offers the very best start to a young person’s life.

We have an open door policy and encourage all parents and carers to share with us their child’s progress, success or discuss openly and honestly any concerns or difficulties their child may have. We value the views of our pupils and parents and use them to shape the strategic direction of the school.

We look forward to welcoming you to Alne School, please contact us today to arrange a time to meet me and arrange a tour.

Yours sincerely,

Miss Michelle Dawson
