School Uniform

We are proud of our school uniform and the children who look smart in and around school. The company that supplies our uniform is Schoolshop.  Their details are below.

School uniform consists of:

Blue crewneck sweatshirt or cardigan with school logo
White or navy blue polo shirt (with or without logo)
Black or grey trousers, shorts, skirt, short or pinafore
Blue gingham dresses or playsuits in the summer
Socks either white or grey. Tights either grey or black
Black sensible shoes, not trainers

PE Kit:

Plain white t-shirt (with or without logo)
Navy/black shorts
Navy or black tracksuit bottoms and sweatshirt/hoody (for outdoor PE)
Trainers

Children will also need:

A blue reading book bag with logo (bought through the uniform shop)
A named water bottle
In the summer we strongly recommend a hat

Jewellery:

For safety reasons, jewellery should not be worn in school. Plain stud type earrings may be worn with pierced ears, but must be removed (independently) during PE sessions. This is in line with North Yorkshire County Council’s policy. It is suggested that any child thinking of having pierced ears has the procedure completed at the beginning of the summer holidays.

PLEASE MAKE SURE ALL YOUR CHILD’S CLOTHES ARE CLEARLY NAMED SO WE CAN RETURN THEM!

Our school uniform supplier is https://www.school-shop.co.uk/.

School uniform can be ordered online at any time of the year. The postage cost to parents is £3.95, or free if you spend more than £47.00 (inc VAT). Returns are free of charge. There is also a shop in Elvington

7 AUGUST 2019 – IS THE DEADLINE FOR ORDERING UNIFORM, IF YOU WANT TO ENSURE IT IS DELIVERED BEFORE SEPTEMBER 2019. .

Good quality second hand uniform can also be purchased through FOAS (PTA). This also raises funds for school.

Yours sincerely
