Art week was a lot of fun, especially sharing our work in our own art gallery for our parents.  Here are a few of our creations form the week.

Thank you for the lovely comments made by our visitors:

Very creative and colourful brilliant work! Amazing, very imaginative. Well done. Brilliant artworks from artistic souls.
A very wide variety of themes and areas covered. Lovely colours and depiction. Great pieces of work and expert guides made my visit very enjoyable. Well done to all creative artists. Wonderful pictures. They are very special.
Spot on! Brilliant budding artists. What lovely artwork – a beautiful display! Awesome. Would like to see more of these.

Our new school library has been officially opened.  Thank you to everyone who made this fabulous addition to our school possible.

For our annual Easter egg competition, we were overwhelmed with the incredible entries.  Thank you to all parents who supported all aspects of the eggtastic creations.

Our annual Easter music performance afternoon and evening was a great success.  Well done to our group and individual musicians who performed to our grandparents through the afternoon and our parents in the evening.

We enjoyed celebrating World Book Day, by participating in lots of different books related tasks over the week.

We took 74 children to the Young Voices concert in Sheffield – it was truly amazing; especially when the Urban Strides copied our pop medley dance in the rehearsal and when the musical director came and spoke to us.

If your child participated in the Young Voices Concert you might like to see our pop medley dance on YouTube. The film was taken by Urban Strides who were so impressed by the dancing and singing that they copied our moves.

WELL DONE; for choreographing the dance year 6.  All those break times rehearsing we very worth while!

Our musicians enjoyed sharing a Christmas favourite in assembly.

Sharing our talents from our annual house group talent show.
